Bent Realm Studios
is a small online home based
business, at present. Some of the
business is done via shopkeeping
with various third party sites. The site
which each shop is attached to has
it's own policies, you may need to
look at their help topics, or contact
their customer service for various
things.

There are more that I use and they
will be added as I make items
available through them.

Often it is they who handle things
such as shipping, returns, etc. Each
of our main shop pages on here will
mention which site powers it, if a third
party site does power it.
This is the only way I have the ability
to make many of these items
available.
If the shops have a way for me to
include some of my own policies then
I will add them to the appropriate
sections of this site as they become
available.
At present the only ways to
contact me are online
(skype,
emails, social networking sites like
Twitter, Facebook, & Myspace, and
instant messaging). All transactions
and conversations shall be enacted
online.
I do not have business phone line and
am not comfortable giving out my
home phone number or address to
people I do not know. If I know you
personally I will give you my number.
Once I obtain a P.O. Box it shall be
listed on the contact page, same with
when I obtain a business line.

Any private/sensitive information we
receive will be kept private and will
not be distributed or sold, etc. Your
information may be used for the
functionality of this site and providing
you services, and if you choose
delivery of the newsletter and a few
Bent Realm special offers per year.

Your information that goes through
any part of this site that uses third
party sites and applications will be
subject to their terms and privacy
policy.
I do not spam, for it is reprehensible

How to commission art or obtain services:

  • Fill out the Service/ Commission Request form on
    the Contact Page. Be sure to fill out all fields for
    faster processing. Provide a valid email.
  • Respond to my follow up questions.
  • I will then decide whether to take the commission or
    not. I will then send you the price, payment terms
    and estimated time frame, as well as a confirmation
    of your order details. Confirm the order and make a
    payment. In most cases payment in full is required
    upfront for me to begin work on it.

I may refuse service for any reason.

Services:
Be sure to read all the applicable service descriptions and
policies on services prior to use of the services. Use of the
services means that you understand and agree to them.
Additional Service Basics:

  • Prices and completion time vary depending on the
    style & complexity of what is ordered.
  • I will do my best to be sure you are satisfied with the
    item before I ship it to you.
  • Some services, commissions, original art, handmade
    items and shipping of said items are only available in
    the United States at this time. Does not necessarily
    apply to digital items.
  • You are only purchasing the items, not the
    copyrights. Some licensing may be available on
    select items.
  • I may display any work I have done in portfolios
    (online & off), etc. I may use my art on other things,
    like on merchandise. I may make derivative works of
    my art. Et Cetera. If you want otherwise on a
    commission, special arrangements may be made.
  • Photos you choose for the Photo to Art service must
    follow special guidelines. (guidelines coming soon)

My complete shipping policies can be found here.
  • For Digital Items only - sent via email to the email
    address provided during checkout; some digital items
    may be available internationally; they are sent once
    revisions are done and work is completed and
    payment is received.
  • A few items are only available in the United States,
    but many are available internationally.
  • Done via US Postal Service
  • At this time I am not set up to include insurance or
    confirmation on shipping but I am looking into it.
  • I am not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen
    in the mail and while en route to you.
  • Most items cannot be rushed, be sure to order plenty
    of time in advance.
  • Shipping is done on Thursdays. In order to make the
    Thursday shipment: the order must already be a
    completed item ordered and paid for by 5 pm on
    Wednesday. Custom made to order items will be sent
    the Thursday after they are completed (work on the
    order will not begin until payment is made in full or
    payment arrangement is being adhered to, shipping
    also hinges on continued adherence to payment
    arrangement if one has been made).
I am not able to take Returns, Exchanges nor give Refunds
from my handmade shops nor services, in general.
• All sales are final.
Many items are one of a kind originals and not
replaceable.
• I do my best to ensure all orders, including custom
orders, are properly done/handled prior to shipping.
Reasonable revisions to service orders will be made when
possible at no additional cost.

If you are not happy with your order when it's received or it
was somehow damaged, etc. during the shipping please
report the problems to me promptly and I will see what can
be done
.
